Clothing and shoes distribution
Every year that we travel to Eastern Tibet, we bring durable clothes and shoes that are much needed by the children as well as the adults.

Vitamins and health training
We plan to bring vitamins this year for the children. We also give mini-clinics on health topics such as teeth brushing, washing hands, faces, and hair as well as basic nutrition.

Future projects
In the future, we hope to build a Medical Clinic, continue to expand our school as well as start more schools, and address environmental concerns such as safe drinking water and sanitation.
